Very good location, walking distance to Shuri Castle and shopping centers. Staff is nice and the rooms are very clean. Manager offered us an upgrade to non-smoking Japanese-style rooms with a nice bath. Breakfast and public bath are excellent, with a good variety. Good value for money and an authentic Japanese experience.
All was good.

The hotel's proximity to DFS T galleria, the monorail, and the airport were convenient. the breakfast and public bath were enjoyable and authentic. the staff's efforts to communicate in English were appreciated. the kimonos and japanese-style bath were nice touches.
The carpets and walls in the corridors were outdated and in need of refurbishment.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. We could easily walk to several attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotless. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary kimonos and the public bath, which was a special treat after a long day of sightseeing.
The breakfast was not as satisfying for international guests, as the milk was super sweet. the bed was a bit damp due to the high humidity in the air, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Best aspects of my Christmas vacation: I loved the delicious breakfast which had a very good variety, and the public bath was rejuvenating and the perfect way to start the day. The hotel was located close to the tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was accommodating and helpful, even though we didn't speak much Japanese.
Worst aspects of my Christmas vacation: The hotel rooms were quite small with limited space to move around. the smoking rooms had a strong smell.
